This 1997 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab is a Z71 and it is a very clean, original truck that spent its life in California. This truck has a lot going for it: it is a short bed, it has low miles, it is a 2 Owner, and it is a great color. The body is clean and straight.The Laguna Green Metallic paint appears to be all original and it looks great! It is a cool color. All of the original chrome and trim is still nice. The underside of this truck is super clean and we found no rust issues with this Silverado.

The interior is also original still in really nice condition. The seats, carpet, headliner, door panels, and dash are all original and really nice. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges all work. This truck has tilt wheel and working cruise control. It has working power windows and power locks. The power mirrors work and the power driver seat works. The horn and windshield wipers work. The heat and AC work.

Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives excellent. The engine is the original 5.7L Vortec V8 that runs strong and smooth with no issues or red flags that we found. It appears to be all stock and recent maintenance includes new alternator, new Optima battery, new water-pump, and new intake gaskets. It has the 4L60E Automatic transmission that shifts great. The previous owner did have the transmission rebuilt 1,000 miles ago. It is mated to the np246 transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. The rear axle is a Corporate 10 Bolt with 3.73 gears and a factory limited slip. The front axle is the IFS with 3.73 gears. This is all sitting on a beautiful set of factory aluminum rims with new Mickey Thompson AT tres size 285/75/16.
