FRAME-ON, SELECTIVELY RESTORED 1980 GMC K10/K15 SIERRA GRANDE FROM PACIFIC NW!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1980 GMC K10/K15 Sierra Grande Short Box StepSide 4x4 Pickup is a beautiful frame-on restored truck that came out of the Pacific NW. Square-bodies of this vintage are super hard to find as clean as this, especially a short-box/step-side. The previous owner did a lot of work to make this a great looking, great running, and great driving truck. The body is super clean and straight. When restored it was professionally repainted in its original color of Saddle iridium and the paint looks excellent. It has new chrome bumpers and the original grille. The bed was removed when repainted and completely disassembled. They used color matched bedliner on the sides and a new oak wood floor and stainless trim (looks beautiful). The underside was left original because it was clean and solid. We found no rust issues with this truck.

The interior is also very nice. It has a reupholstered seat that looks new, new vinyl floor mat, and new dash cover. It has the Deluxe Door panels that are in good condition. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges all work. The horn and windshield wipers work and so does the heat.

Mechanically this truck is top notch and it runs and drives wonderful. The engine is the 5.7L 350 V8 (originally a 6 Cylinder) that runs strong with no issues or red flags that we found. The last owner said the engie was rebuilt around 20,000 miles ago and it certainly runs like it has. He added a Holley Carb, dual exhaust, and HEI ignition. It has the sm465 4 Speed Manual transmission that shifts great with a strong clutch. It is mated to the np205 transfer case and the 4Wd works like it should. The rear axle is a 12 Bolt with 3.73 gears. The front axle is a 10 Bolt with 3.73 gears. This is all sitting on a beautiful set of factory Rallye Wheels with new 33 Inch Mud Terrain tires.
