BEAUTIFUL 1965 FORD MUSTANG 289 V8! NICELY RESTORED WITH MANY EXTRAS!

This 1965 Ford Mustang is a beautiful car with some very nice addons that you will read about in the following description. This car spent a lot of time in Florida and SC, the last owner being in SC. He purchased the car restored but did not receive the receipts for the restoration. This Mustang is super solid including the floors and trunk and the paint is really nice. The last owner spent an extra $6000-$8000 on this car when he purchased a couple of years ago. This included a "Master Power" Disc Brake Conversion (11 Inch Drilled and Slotted Rotors with 4 Pistons) This was Part # DB2550P and cost $1,447.99 just for the parts. He also added a Borgeson Power Steering Conversion Kit Part #999020 which was $975.85 just for parts. Other items added at Carolina Rod Shop included all new front and rear suspension with sway bar kits, added sub-frame connectors, control arms, etc. Have receipts totalling around $5,000 + from them. He then upgraded the stereo with a custom autosound, installed AC which needs to be charged, and added american racing 17 inch aluminum rims that really set the car off. It is clear this was his baby and the car looks great!!

The paint and body on this Mustang look excellent. The paint really shines and it was very well done. The car was driven since the restoration was completed around 3-4 years ago so there are minor imperfections, but nothing that takes away from the car. The interior was also restored and looks great. We have receipts from CJ Pony Parts for a-lot of the trim pieces that people usually don't replace and it really looks nice. All of the lights, gauges, wipers, horn are working. Dash was also replaced when restored and looks like new. All in all this is a very top end driver for someone, but nice enough to take to car shows.

The 289 V8 on this car runs amazing and the previous owner also added dual exhaust so it sounds great. It is clear this engine was rebuilt, but we did not receive receipts for this. The transmission is a C4 Automatic and it shifts wonderful. This car really runs and drives excellent and it appears very dialed in. We found no issues when we drove it and it was a pleasure to drive. We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives.
