This 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is a very nicely restored car. This is a real M code real Mach 1. This car was owned by the previous owner since 1978and the mileage is original. It was always kept in dry storage. It underwent a restoration that was finished within the last couple years. Roughly 500 miles since completion. This was a labor of love for the previous owner he tried to use as many original Ford parts as possible. It was built to be an excellent driver but never really got driven. This car has lots of cool upgrades and options. Car looks, runs, and drives great and is a real attention getter.

The body on this car is very nice and straight. It was repainted in 1970 Ford Grabber Blue base coat/clear-coat. The car was totally disassembled for paint and it turned out very nice. The hood has a boss 429 style hood scoop that is functioning. Car also has front and rear spoilers, rear window louvers, restored Mach 1 moldings, new bumpers and upgraded headlights. All stainless and chrome is either new or restored. The underside is very clean and solid with added subframe connectors.

The interior is also very nice. It has new carpet, headliner, seats were redone, and new steering wheel. The door panels, dash, instruments, and rear plastics are all original and in great shape. The wipers, lights, gauges, all work. Has a B&M ratchet shifter. The Horn and original mach 1 clock do not work. no radio.

Mechanically this car is awesome!! It runs and drives excellent and has tons of power. Originally it would have came with a 351c 4V however the previous owner always dreamed of having a 429 in it, so thats what it has a 1970 ford 429.

- 1970 DOVE ford 429. Engine was totally rebuilt (have receipts). Has TRW 11:1 pistons, Ported DOVE heads, Comp Cams cam, Roller rockers, 1 wire alternator, High torque mini starter, Large Custom headers with 2 1/2 in magnaflow exhaust. Has a high rise aluminum intake, Holley carb and electronic ignition. Aluminum radiator with electric fan. The engine runs amazing and has tons of power.
- Built C6 transmission. Has a shift kit and a nice convertor. It really shifts nice and is set up perfectly for the big block.
- Ford 9” rear axle with 3.73 gears, limited slip, and 31 spline axles. New driveshaft.
- New springs all the way around front has the correct big block springs in the front.
- New stainless steel gas tank and line
- Complete new braking system New front rotors, bearings, calipers and pads. Rear has new drums and wheel cylinders and shoes.
- Front and rear sway bars
- New poly bushings
- Dual battery setup with main disconnect switch.
- New 15” magnum 500's with new BFG tires.
