LS SWAPPED 1984 CHEVY K20. FRAME OFF RESTORED CALIFORNIA TRUCK!!!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This is a 1984 Chevy K20 4x4 Pickup that is titled as a 1973 so it would be exempt from emissions in California. It is a frame-off restored truck and it also is a LS Swap and is powered by a 6.0L LQ9 from a cadillac Escalade. This truck is fast and runs awesome!! This is a clean, life-long california truck and it was built with quality parts. It was a labor of love for the last owner who has restored an built many vehicles. He put over $40,000 into this rig and he built the truck to drive to his cabin in the mountains. He sold to us because he is now pursuing another project and he did not want to take this on dirt roads because it was too nice for that. There are too many upgrades on this truck to list them all, but we will do our best.

The body on this Chevy is excellent!! It spent it's life in California for the most part, but also spent some time in Arizona so it is truly a rust free truck. The paint job is professional and excellent and very straight. He added aftermarket bumpers and the front bumper is a winch bumper (winch included but not installed). He Rhino Lined the bed, added a new custom grille, HID Headlights, and all new rubbers and weatherstripping. He also replaced the glass. The off-road lights work and are very bright. The interior is also in great condition with a newly recovered seat, new dash-pad, and new floor-liner. A pretty basic interior but really nice. A fun item he added are some air-horns under the hood that will definitely get someones attention!

Mechanically this truck is amazing and it is a beast!! It is fully updated and was made to be a reliable driver. The engine is a 2006 6.0 Liter LQ9 out of a Cadillac Escalade. The engine had 60,000 miles on it when it was swapped. When it was installed they added a Custom Wiring Harness and Howell Computer. The engine is mostly stock with the exception of Holley manifolds and Intake and true Dual Flowmaster exhaust that sounds amazing. The transmission is the 4L80E that was rebuilt when the swap was done and it has an oversize transmission cooler. The transfer case is the NP241c with slip-yoke eliminator kit and new driveshafts. Rear Axle is the Corporate 14 Bolt with a Detroit locker and 4.56 Gears. Front Axle is a Kingpin Dana 60 that has an ARB Air Locker and 4.56 Gears. The steering box is a new PSC with ports and custom high steer conversion. This is sitting on a 6 Inch Suspension Lift. The Rear has the Road Design Shackle Flip and the front has Off-Road design custom springs and shackles. All new shocks on all 4 corners. It also has custom Black Wheels with newer 37 Inch BFG All-Terrains. This truck is fun to drive as it has gobs of power and actually steers and drives really nice, even with the lift and big tires.

We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures are never touched up or photoshopped. What you see is an accurate representation of the vehicle. We take consistent pictures and show you everything so you can get a true representation of the vehicle.
