AWESOME 1968 FORD MUSTANG GT FASTBACK WITH 351 V8! RESTORED CAR!!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback is a real GT, confirmed by pictured Marti Report, and it is a very nicely restored car. It is a pretty rare car because it is a factory GT with a Top-Loader 4 Speed manual Transmission. The car went through a complete restoration that took around 5 years and was completed a few years ago. The last owner's goal was to make a Bullet Clone and he did a very nice job. We do have the original GT Rims with 3 original GT Center Caps, Original radio, and 1 Original Fog Light that will come with the car. The body on this car is very straight and really nice. We found no rust issues with this car anywhere and the paint is very nice and it is straight as well. It was repainted in the cars original color of Highland Green. All of the chrome and stainless is in nice condition and the lower body molding were painted to match how the Bullet car would have looked. The underside is also super clean as you can see in the undercarriage photos on our website. The interior was also restored and is excellent. All newly recovered seats and it also has the fold-down rear seat. New Carpet, new headliner, new door panels, new dash and dash bezel, new gauges.....you get the picture. Also all of the lights, gauges, wipers, heat are working. It is a well sorted out car.

Mechanically this Mustang runs and drives great!!! This car originally came with a 302 4 Barrel and the previous owner replaced it with a 351 Cleveland with a 4 Barrel. The engine was rebuilt when it was restored and it runs strong!! This is a very strong running car and a blast to drive. They added headers with dual exhaust, an Edelbrock 4 Barrel Carb, and a Mallory Ignition System. The transmission is believed to be the original 4 Speed Top Loader that was rebuilt as well. The Rear Axle is a 9 Inch with 3.25 Gears and the car has Power Steering and Power Disc Brakes. He added the Bullet Style American Racing Rims that look great. This is such a cool car that you can drive and enjoy or take to local car shows.
