1983 GMC SIERRA 2500 SQUARE BODY! CLEAN WESTERN TRUCK!!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1983 GMC Sierra 2500 (K-20) is an extremely clean 2 owner truck and the last owner has owned it since 1985. This truck was always garage kept and early on he used it as his everyday vehicle. When he upgraded vehicles he made this hunting, fishing, weekend rig and kept it maintained regularly. Maintenance was very important to him as he wanted to be able to take it on long trips and have no issues. We have quite a few maintenance receipts that will come with the truck including a hand written maintenance log. The body on this truck is really clean and very straight. It is excellent with no rust issues that we could find and the truck was repainted once, because of the GM Clear Coat issues, in one of it's original 2-tone color's of Light Saddle. This was done in 2017 and the paint still looks great!! After he had the truck painted he added a new Leer Topper color matched to the truck. The interior is also really nice. When it was painted in 2017 he recovered the bench seat, put in a new vinyl floor and added a new steering wheel. All of the lights, blinkers, heat, wipers, and gauges are working. The only thing we found not working was the horn and the AC was not blowing cold so it needs a charge.

Mechanically this truck is top notch and was always maintained and nearly everything has been rebuilt or replaced over the years and we have most of the receipts to prove it. The engine is a 350 V8 that was rebuilt with a mild cam and an aluminum intake and 4 Barrel Carb. It runs smooth and is strong. He also added a dual battery setup and dual exhaust. The transmission is a np435 manual transmission and it is mated to the np208 transfer case which was also rebuilt. The 4WD works as it should. It has a Corporate 14 Bolt Rear End and a Corporate 10 Bolt front End. They both have 3.73 Gears. The tires are newer Toyo All Terrains. This truck is such a nice driving rig and whoever buys it will surely be happy.
