1978 FORD F250 FROM PACIFIC NW. BEAUTIFUL, RESTORED, CLEAN TRUCK!!!

This 1978 Ford F250 Pickup is a really nice truck from the Pacific Northwest, Oregon in particular. This is a lifelong Oregon truck that had a frame-on restoration that was very nicely done. It was a clean and solid truck to start and it has a great look and it is ready to go. The body on this truck is really nice and it is a very straight truck. The truck was originally Medium Copper and Light Chamois and it they did a complete color change to black when it was redone. It looks like it was totally apart for paint as the door jams, in the cab, and engine compartment were all painted black. There is no evidence of the original color anywhere. They also professionally bedlined the truck and also had the underside coated to prevent corrosion. There is no evidence of rust or rust repair on this truck and all of the chrome and trim are in great condition. The interior was also restored in looks great. It has new carpet, new headliner, new seat cover, and an aftermarket stereo. It still has the original dash bezel and door panels which are in great condition. All of the lights, gauges, heat, and wipers work. The horn is inop. It is a very nice original style interior.

Mechanically this truck is excellent. The last owner told us he repowered the truck from the original 351M V8 to a rebuilt 400M V8. This engine starts easily and runs strong. They added a Remanufactured Carb and added new plugs and wires when rebuilt along with a new distributor and ignition box. The dual exhaust sounds great!! The transmission is the np435 4 Speed Manual that shifts nice. It is mated to the np205 Transfer Case and the 4WD works as it should. The rear axle is a Dana 60 with 4.10 Gears and the front axle is a Dana 44 with 4.10 Gears. It has Power Steering and Power Front Disc Brakes. It has new shocks all around and a new set of 285/75/16 BFG All terrains on a nice set of Aluminum Rims.
