This 1987 Chevy K5 Blazer spent its life in Nevada, California, and Arizona so you know it is a clan and solid truck. The last owner spent a lot of time and money going through the truck making sure everything worked and making it a dependable vehicle. Although it is not completely restored it is a very nice driver and would make a great daily driver if you choose to do that. The body on this truck is in excellent condition. It is a very clean and original body with no rust issues ever. It was originally dark blue and gray, but was repainted dark blue and silver some years ago because of the GM clear coat issues that are very common. All of the moldings and chrome are still in excellent shape and the undercarriage is also really clean with no signs of any rust. A cool feature is the brush guard and integrated 8,000 Pound Winch. The interior is also really nice an mostly stock/original. The last owner did put in a new headliner and new dash pad. It has Tilt, Cruise, working AC, Power Windows and Locks, Delay Wipers, heat, radio and GM CB. Just a really nice original interior. It recently had new window motors and felts installed.

Mechanically this K5 Blazer is awesome and it runs and drives excellent. The last owner did a lot of maintenance to make it reliable. The engine is the original 5.7L TBI 350 V8 (Throttle Body FI) that runs strong with no issues that we could find. Recent maintenance includes a new water pump, new belts, ne starter, new alternator, and new o2 Sensor. The transmission is the 700R4 Automatic that shifts nice and it is mated to the np208 Transfer Case. The 4WD works as it should. It has Corporate 10 Bolt Axles Front and Rear with 3.42 Gears and the Rear Axle is a Limited Slip. Some other nice features include a nicely installed dual battery setup and other recent parts like the AC system being completely redone and retrofitted for R134, new radiator and heater core and new rear brake cylinders.
