This Diesel 1986 Ford F250 Lariat XLT Extended Cab Pickup is a very nice, very original truck that spent its life in the Pacific NW, Washington to be exact. It is a very well cared for and very well maintained truck, the last owner (since 1993) being a Diesel mechanic who babied this truck and maintained it religiously. It was meticulously maintained and it shows in not only how it looks, but in how it runs and drives. This is the loaded up Lariat XLT with the 6.9L International Diesel Engine. The body on this F250 is exceptionally clean and it is original and appears to have all of its original paint. The colors are Medium Dark Fire and Light Smoke Metallic. The paint is still in great condition with only normal wear and tear from driving and 1 small dent by the front grill. All of the trim and moldings are also in great condition. The Color Matching Topper was installed from new so the bed is clean just like the rest of the truck. The undercarriage is also really nice and clean and there are no rust issues with this truck and there never have been. The interior is in beautiful condition and this truck has a lot of options for an 86. Everything looks stock and original and is a testament to to how this truck was cared for. It has Tilt, Cruise that works, power windows and locks, AC (inop but all there). All of the lights gauges horn, wipers are working. The interior is truly in amazing condition.

Mechanically this F250 is top notch and it shows in how it runs and drives. As stated previously, this truck has been meticulously maintained. The 6.9L International Diesel Engine was rebuilt by the last owner with upgraded parts and only has around 50,000 miles on it. The engine starts easily and runsd excellent with no red flags. When the engine was rebuilt he added a new turbo from a 7.3L Powerstroke which is a really nice update and gives the truck more power and better gas mileage. It is very professionally done and everything looks factory under the hood. The Automatic Transmission is the C6 that shifts nice and was also rebuilt when the engine was done. It shifts nice. It is mated to the Borg Warner Manual Transfer Case and the 4WD works like it should. The Rear Axle is the Sterling with 3.55 Gears and the Front Axle is the Dana 44 with 3.55 Gears. Recently new 235/85/16 Tires were installed so this truck is ready to be used by a new owner.
