This 1972 Ford F100 Custom Sport is a really special truck and a great find. It is extremely hard to find 1 Owner trucks with low miles like this. The original owner died and that is why this truck came up for sale. The truck has been in storage since the early 2000's and the original owner rarely drove this truck since that time. He only took it out to exercise it once a year and that is why the miles are still so low. We were told the paint is all original and the metal is also all original. We found no patches, no paint lines, nothing to dispute his claim. this is an unrestored original truck in excellent original condition. We have the original owners manual and the original Dealer Invoice showing the truck was sold in Montana. The body on this truck is still in excellent condition. It is an all original truck that has never been messed with. Very straight and very clean. The doors on this truck close like new and the gaps are near perfect. We do believe this paint is all original and we were told it was by the son of the original owner. It is Candy Apple Red. The underside is really nice and clean and solid and this truck has no rust issues and never has had any. The original chrome and moldings are in excellent condition too!! The interior is immaculate and appears to be all original. This truck has been so well cared for and the door panels, dash, seat, everything looks amazing. We found everything to be working on the truck and it is turn key ready to go.

Mechanically this truck is top notch and runs and drives excellent!!! Everything appears to be stock and original with the drivetrain. The engine is the original 360 V8 and it runs strong and smooth with no issues. The transmission is the np435 4 Speed manual that shifts nice and the clutch is good. It is mated to the Dana 21 Transfer Case and the 4WD works like it should. The Rear Axle is a Ford 9 Inch with 3.50 Gears and the Front Axle is a Dana 44 with 3.50 Gears. It comes with the Dealer installed Aluminum Mag Rims and AT Tires which are in the bed of the truck. It also has a cool Vintage Tonneau Cover!!! This truck is tight and runs and drives amazing which also verifies the low mileage. What a great truck and a cool find!!!
