Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 2003 Ford Excursion Limited is a very clean 1 Family Owned truck that spent its life in california before coming to the Family's Michigan Cottage in 2017 where it was used as a Summer Vehicle. This Excursion has always been well cared for an maintained and it shows by the excellent condition it is in. This truck is loaded with options! The body on this truck is excellent!!! It is a very straight, very clean, and rust free body. The 2-Tone Aspen Green Metallic and Silver Birch Metallic paint is still excellent in excellent shape and all of the original moldings, bumpers, and trim are excellent as well. The underside is really clean with only some minimal surface rust showing on the bare metal parts as you would expect. There are no rust issues with this truck and never have been. The interior is really nice an clean and everything appears original and well kept. The Driver Seat bolster was recovered at some point along with the armrest because of some minor wear. This truck has a ton of options including leather, power everything, AC, Cruise, Rear Entertainment, Etc. We tried going through every switch as best we could and all of the power windows and locks work, AC, Cruise, gauges, wipers, lights, heat, all work. We were unable to check the Rear Entertainment operation because no DVD.

Mechanically this rig ready to roll. The 6.8L V10 engine runs strong and smooth and we found no issues or red flags. Apparently the engine has 50,000 less miles than what the odometer says as it was replaced under warranty according the the family. The transmission is the 4R100 Automatic that shifts nice and it was rebuilt at around 117,000 and this is verified on the Clean Carfax. It is mated to the Borg Warner Electric Shift Transfer Case. The 4WD works like it should. The rear axle is the Ford 10.25 with 4.30 Gears and a Limited Slip. The front axle is a Dana 50 with 4.30 Gears. It has recently had new Bilstein Shocks installed, a new steering gearbox, new alternator, new ball joints, and a newer set of Michelin tires on the original aluminum wheels!!
