This 1988 Jeep Wrangler is quite a find. We have over $17,000 worth of receipts that will come with the Jeep showing what the last owner did to upgrade and make this rig dependable. All of the work was done in the last 3 years. This is a very clean Jeep that spent its life in Northern California so it is rust free and all steel. The body is in great condition and very straight. It is an all original steel body that has no rust issues and never has had any rust issues. It was repainted in a Dark Silver color that looks great. It was outfitted with full rock slides to protect the rockers, a front winch bumper with 9,000 Pound Winch, and a custom Rear Bumper with swing-away tire carrier. It has a thule Bike Rack, hi-lift jack, and a spit for 2 Jerry cans. The hard top is in great shape and the underside is really clean. The interior is also excellent and looks to be original. The seats, door panels, carpet, and dash are in excellent condition and it shows very well. This vehicle was obviously well taken care of. All of the lights, turn signals, brake lights, heat, AC, wipers, and gauges are working. The cruise and the horn do not work. This Jeep has a nice padded roll bar and a nice stereo installed. The miles that show on this Jeep include towing miles and the Tow Bar is included.

mechanically this Jeep is top notch. There have been a lot of upgrades done to the mechanicals and this Jeep starts easily and runs and drives wonderful. It has the 258 Inline 6 Cylinder (4.2L) engine and Howell Fuel Injection was added to this which allows an easy start and smooth running. It has a newer Aluminum Radiator and an Optima Battery. The transmission was rebuilt and it is the A904 Automatic (have receipt). It is mated to the np231 Transfer Case which was also rebuilt and resealed and they added a slip yoke eliminator kit. The 4WD works like it should. The transmission shifts great!! The rear end is the Dana 35 with 4.10 Gears and it has a Detroit Locker. the front end is a Dana 30 with 4.10 Gears and a Detroit locker. Other items include a 4 Inch Spring Lift Kit with new shocks and shackles, all new steering components, and sway bar disconnects. It also has 5 newer aluminum rims with 33 Inch Mud terrains installed. Truly a turn key Jeep ready to roll.
