RUST FREE 1989 JEEP WRANGLER SAHARA FROM ARIZONA & NEVADA. NICE ORIGINAL JEEP!!
Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com
This 1989 Jeep Wrangler Sahara is a very nice, original, and well maintained Jeep that spent its life in Arizona and Nevada. This is a rust free and all metal 2 Owner Jeep. The body on this Jeep is excellent and all of the metal looks original. there are no rust issues with this Jeep and there never have been. The Sand Dune Yellow Paint looks to be all original and still looks great!! It still has the original Sahara Decals and the underside is original and very clean with no issues. The interior is also in great original condition. It does have some new carpet and added aftermarket seats. All of the lights, turn signals, brake lights, gauges, horn, heat, and wipers work. The AC does work and blows cold and even the original radio works.
Mechanically this Jeep runs and drives excellent. The engine is the original 4.2L Inline 6 that is as reliable as they come. the engine runs strong and we found no issues or red flags. The engine looks stock with the exception of the upgraded Weber carb. The transmission is the t5 manual and it shifts nice. It is mated to the Dana 300 Transfer Case and the 4WD works like it should. It has a dana 35 Rear Axle and we believe the gears are 3.54. Front Axle is a Dana 30. It has a nice 2 1/2 Inch Lift with Rancho Shocks and some nice Aluminum Wheels with 33 Inch Firestone Destination Tires. This is a great Jeep for weekend cruises or use as an everyday driver.
