1984 GMC HIGH SIERRA 1500 SHORT BOX. CLEAN PACIFIC NW TRUCK!!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1984 GMC High Sierra K1500 Short Box pickup is a really clean truck that spent its life in the Pacific NW. The previous owner spent a lot of time and money on the mechanicals of this truck to make it a reliable everyday driver. The truck runs and drives great and it is a solid truck. The body on this GMC is really clean and straight. It was repainted once in its original color of Frost White and the paint is still in great condition. When it was painted they removed the rear bumper and replaced with a roll pan. The front bumper is winch ready and the lower rockers on this truck are coated with chip guard. The underside on this truck is also very clean as you can see from the pictures. The interior is also nice with new carpet, new seat upholstery, and new steering wheel. The rest appears to be original and in great condition. Head Lights, tail Lights, Brake Lights, and Blinkers are all working. Inside the gauges all work along with wipers and heat. The horn is not working. This is an AC truck but the AC is not working as it is missing the compressor, condenser, and hoses.

Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives wonderful. The previous owner told us the engine is a Crate 350 V8 (5.7L) with an Edelbrock Aluminum Intake, Edelbrock carb, and Dual Flowmaster exhaust. He added a new starter, new alternator, new water pump, new fuel pump, new HEI distributor, new radiator, and new cooling fans, We were able to confirm these items when we went through the truck. The engine runs strong with no red flags that we could find. The transmission is the Turbo 350 Automatic that shifts nice with a deep aluminum pan and it is mated to the np208 transfer case. The 4WD works as it should. It has 10 Bolt Axles front and rear with 3.08 gears according to the tag. He added a nice 4 Inch lift kit with new shocks and a new set of 305/70/16 All terrain Tires. Cool truck that is ready to roll!!
