CLEAN 1990 GMC JIMMY FROM CALIFORNIA!!!

This 1990 GMC Jimmy is a clean truck that spent its life in California. The exterior is pretty original and the interior is pretty stock except for the upgraded bucket seats, tach on dash, and some added speakers. The person we purchased this from spent a lot of time and money to make this into a weekend cruiser and reliable mountain rig. His main goal was to make it dependable (which it is). The body on this Jimmy is in nice condition and overall very straight. We found no rust issues or rust repairs on the metal. It was repainted at some point in its original color of frost white. It is an older repaint so it is showing its age and some patina, but it still looks good. The underside is really clean as you would expect from a california vehicle. The bumpers, moldings, and chrome appear to be original and are in good shape. The interior is nice. It has Power Leather Seats out of a newer GM that are very comfortable. It recently had new carpet installed and a new headliner. The original door panels and rear side panels are in excellent original condition. Headlights, Taillights, Brake lights, and blinkers are working. It has power windows, power mirrors, cruise, and AC which are all working. The gauges are working. We did find the power locks were not working properly and the horn.

Mechanically this truck is excellent. The previous owner did a lot of mechanical work on this rig, but he did not give us the receipts. The engine is the 5.7L 350 V8 TBI that he had rebuilt around 30,000 miles ago. He installed a mild cam and the engine runs strong and smooth with no issues. Recent newer items include the radiator, alternator, and waterpump. The transmission is the 700R4 Automatic that was professionally rebuilt around 2,000 miles ago and you can clearly see this is new. It is mated to the np241c transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. It has 10 Bolt Axles front and rear and this truck originally came with 3.08 gears. It now has 3.73 Gears. It has a 4 Inch Lift kit with new shocks as well. This is all sitting on a nice set of aluminum powder-coated rims with 33 Inch BFG All Terrains. This is a great running and driving truck for someone!!
