CUSTOM 1991 CHEVY K30 CREW CAB. AMAZING BUILD!!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1991 Chevy K3500/K30 is an amazing build and completely restored. This is a crew cab short box, which was never made, and it is a beautiful restoration with only around 1,800 miles on the build and it is a 1 of a kind truck. This truck started its life as a 2WD Diesel Crew Cab. It is now a 4WD short box crew cab with a gas engine. Because the Vin will populate as a Diesel some states will exempt this vehicle from Smog (check with your state). It is very rare to see a CrewCab ShortBox Squarebody. In fact, you won't see one unless it has been custom built by someone because GM never made one. They were all long box trucks or built without a box. This particular truck has a lot of cool features that make it an awesome 1 of a kind build that is reliable and comfortable to drive. The truck has almost 1800 miles on the build and is well sorted. The body on this truck is extremely clean and straight and has none of the typical rust issues. The underside is the same and extremely clean and crisp. The paint was professionally applied and looks fantastic. The color is Bright Blue which is a factory color. The truck was completely taken apart when it was painted and all new seals and gaskets installed. The trim and moldings were all replaced with new and the bumpers also look new. The frame was professionally shortened so they could put the short bed box on. You would never know that this truck did not come this way from the GM Factory.

The interior was also restored and is really nice. The seats are super comfortable and they came out of a late model GM truck. What a nice upgrade this is for comfort on a longer drive. It has new carpet, new dash cover, and full custom gauges that tie into the OBDII port. The head lights, tail lights, brake lights, blinkers and cab lights are all working. All of the gauges are working and it has heat and working AC. The horn and windshield wipers work as well. The only item we found not working was the cruise control. A very clean and crisp interior.

mechanically this truck is all new and updated. Everything was professionally done and it is a blast to drive. Unfortunately we did not receive the receipts from the build, but clearly everything is new or rebuilt and mechanically this truck is top notch. Here are some details:

> Engine is a 2001 8.1L (496 V8) that had 50,000 miles on it when installed. It is really clean and looks and runs like new. These engines had a cam/timing sensor issue and this one has the updated sensor so there will be no problems.
> It has Howell Fuel Injection wiring harness and a reflashed GM Computer
>The engine was Dyno-tuned
> It has full custom dual exhaust that sounds amazing
>4L85E Automatic Transmission that was fully rebuilt and shifts great
> np205 Transfer Case rebuilt and resealed (4WD works like it should).
> Corporate 14 Bolt Rear Axle with Gov.Lock (Limited Slip) & 3.73 Gears and Disc Brakes!
> Dana 60 King Pin Front Axle with 3.73 Gears and disc brakes (every new on front axle
> New shocks all around
> All new brakes including lines, hoses, calipers, etc
