CLEAN, LIFTED 1976 FORD F-150 RANGER 4X4! AWESOME TRUCK!!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1976 Ford F-150 Ranger that spent its life in Washington so it is a solid truck. Until around 2 years ago this truck was always in the Pacific NW. The last owner purchased it and brought it back to Ohio where he did some restoration work to it. This was not a full frame off restored truck, but more of a selective restoration. The body on this truck is really clean and straight and we found no rust issues with this truck which is what you would expect from the location it spent its life. He had the truck professionally painted in the Ford color of Midnight Blue. The original color was Midnight Blue & Medium Glow. They had the bed Rhino-Lined at that time as well. The original chrome and stainless is till in really nice condition and the underside is clean and solid and was lightly painted to sharpen it up.

The interior is really nice and mostly original. It does have new carpet, new seat upholstery, and a new dash cover. When the truck was painted they also repainted inside the cab and added new door weatherstripping. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. All of the gauges work as well as the horn, heat, and wipers. They did add a Tachometer which does work. This is a pretty basic 70's interior in great condition!!

Mechanically this truck runs and drives great with no issues that we could find. The previous owner said the original 5.9L 360 V8 was rebuilt and based on how strong it runs we believe it has. He added an Edelbrock Aluminum Intake and Edelbrock Carb. He also added Doug Thurley Headers and exhaust. The transmission is the np435 4-Speed Manual that shifts nice and it has a new flywheel and clutch. Again, no receipt but it all looks new. It is mated to the np205 transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. It has a Ford 9 Inch Rear Axle with 3.50 gears and Limited Slip. The Front Axle is a Dana 44 with 3.50 Gears. This truck has Power Steering and Power front Disc Brakes so it steers and stops nicely. The 4 Inch Lift gives it a great look and it is sitting on some original slot wheels that he had powdercoated white. rims with 35 Inch Dick Cepek Mud Terrain tires.
