Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1985 Chevrolet CUCV M1009 K5 Blazer is one of the nicest Military Blazers we have seen. This is an extremely nice rig that is unmolested and appears to be all original. It runs and drives awesome!! It still has the original military markings and we were told by the last owner that this particular rig was used at an army base in Texas. It is pretty rare to find these in this condition and this nice. The body is really clean and straight and it appears to have all of its original camo paint which still looks great! The underside is also very clean and we found no rust or rust repair on this vehicle. It still has all of the original data tags, antenna mounts, and bumpers. It also has the NATO jump plug in the front.

The interior is obviously very basic, but is in great condition. Everything appears to be original with the exception of the dash pad which was replaced at some point and they added a center console. The dash would have been the same saddle color like the seats. The original seats are in surprisingly really nice condition. It has a CB Mount in the interior, 2 M16 Mounts, and a radio mount. It also has the factory blackout switch which shuts off all of the lights except a red in front which was used to track where the vehicles are. The headlights, taillights, brake lights and turn signals are working. All of the gauges work as well as the wipers, horn, and heat. The rear window was rebuilt with a new regulator and new glass and works great.

Mechanically this vehicle is ready to go. It starts easily and runs and drives great and has a surprising amount of power. The engine is the J Code Diesel 6.2L which means no emissions and higher power. It appears to be all stock and it still has the 24V and 12V system which is a Dual Alternator system. The fuel filter has been updated to a spin on filter with water separator. The transmission is the Turbo 400 Automatic that shifts nice and it is mated to the np200 transfer case. The 4WD works like it should. It has Heavy Duty 10 Bolt Axles on the front and rear with 3.08 gears and a gov-loc in the rear (Limited Slip). This is all sitting on refurbished steel wheels with newer 32 Inch BFG Mud Terrain Tires. This is such a cool rig and it is ready to roll!

We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures are never touched up or photoshopped.
