FRAME OFF RESTORED 1985 GMC JIMMY. BEAUTIFUL RIDE!!!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1985 GMC Jimmy is an extremely nice and fully restored K5 SUV. This truck went through a complete frame-off restoration a few years ago and has been driven very little since then. This truck spent most of its life in the Southern California area and was an extremely nice rig to begin with. Check out complete pictures, including undercarriage, on our website to get a feel for how nice it is. The body on this Jimmy is straight as an arrow and rust free. There are no rust issues with this truck and there never have been. It was professionally repainted when it was restored and painted in the beautiful color combination of Creme Beige and Bright Red. It looks amazing and paint is gorgeous. All of the moldings, trim, bumpers and emblems are new. The underside is as clean as they come and looks amazing. This truck is beautiful!

The interior was also completely redone. It has all new upholstery on stock seats, new carpet, new door panels, new headliner, new rear side panels, new dash cover, and new dash bezel. It also has new rubbers and weatherstripping. Pretty much everything is new as far as we can tell. The headlights, taillights, brake lights, and turn signals are working. It has working Power Windows and Locks. The gauges, wipers, heat, and horn are working. The AC is complete but is not blowing cold. A beautiful interior to match the exterior.

Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives awesome. The engine is the rebuilt 5.7L 350 V8 and it runs strong and smooth. Everything on the engine appears to be new or rebuilt and that includes the carb, distributor, fuel pump, water pump, radiator, and starter. The transmission is a rebuilt Turbo 350 Automatic that shifts nice and it is mated to the np208 transfer case. The 4WD works like it should. It has 10 bolt axles on the front and rear and we believe the gear ratio is 3.73 but the axle tag was not present to confirm. Thi is all sitting on a nice set of factory Rallye Wheels with 31 inch BFG tires. This is one sweet SUV.
