This 1989 Chevy Suburban is on of the cleanest we have seen. It is a 1/2 Ton and it came out of New Mexico and it has no rust. The New Mexico owner told us he purchased from the original owner (2 Owners) and the miles are original. Just a great example of a Square Body Suburban. The backstory is this: 1st owner owned a Dealership and the truck was always maintained and not driven a lot over the years. He added added a lot of mechanical upgrades which will be detailed throughout the description. We actually sold this rig a few years ago with 68,000 miles on it and we just took it back in on trade. The body on this rig is excellent and straight. It was repainted at some point in white and silver and the paint is still very nice. There is no rust or rust repair anywhere on this truck and the underside is extremely clean and still showed factory primer on the bottom of the floors which you can see in our sold Inventory. The person we sold it to undercoated the truck to keep it nice so it is now black.

The Interior is original and extra clean as well. It really is in amazing condition and this supports the low mileage as well. It has 3 Rows of bench seating so this will seat 9. Headliner is excellent and so is the original carpet. This truck has the deluxe door panels and the woodgrain in the dash. It is all original inside including the radio. This truck has Cruise, Tilt, AC, Power Windows and Locks. Every item is working including the lights, gauges, wipers, horn, AC, heat, etc.

Mechanically this truck is top notch. It runs and drives excellent with no issues. The original owner treated this truck like his baby. At around 60,000 miles the engine developed a small oil leak due to age so he had his Tech at the dealership install a new GM Crate Engine and Transmission because he wanted to keep it mint. They only have around 8-9000 miles on them. The engine is TBI 350 V8 and it is all stock. The transmission is a 700R4 which was just rebuilt and has under 500 miles on it. It is mated to a np241 Transfer Case. 4WD is working fine. The Front Axle is a 10 Bolt with 3.73 Gears and the Rear Axle is a 12 Bolt with 3.73 Gears. You will notice it has a 4 Inch Spring Lift that was professionally installed and they added 33 Inch BFG All Terrain Tires. This gives the truck an awesome look. This truck runs and drives amazing!!
