1972 CHEVY K20 PICKUP FROM PACIFIC NW! VERY ORIGINAL TRUCK!

This 1972 Chevy K20 is a Custom Deluxe Camper Special. It is a very cool and very original truck That has had only 2 Owners and spent its life in Oregon. This truck has been well cared for and well maintained the last 50 years. This is not a restored truck....it is a very well kept survivor. The last owner owned this truck for the last 20 years and stated the mileage was original based on purchasing from the original owner. We do not have documentation, but judging by the originality and condition it is definitely possible.

The body on this truck is in excellent original condition and is very straight and very clean. The first owner had the truck repainted around 25 years ago in the original colors of Medium Bronze and White. The paint still looks great and it could pass as original paint. The truck has all of the extra deluxe moldings which are still in great condition. The original grille, grille surround, chrome front bumper, and heavy duty rear bumper are also in great original condition. The underside is original and solid and clean, but it is showing surface rust on the bare metal parts. We rarely see a truck of this vintage with the original undercarriage and the original metal being all original.

The interior is stock and original with the exception of the seat being recovered and a CD player installed under the dash. The original radio is still in the dash. he rubber floor mat, dash, and door panels are all original and in remarkable condition. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges, heat, and wipers, are all working. The horn is inop. This truck does have the dealer added AC which is complete but is not blowing cold at this time. Pretty cool to see a time capsule interior like this.

Mechanically this truck is great. It starts immediately and runs great! The engine is the 350 V8, and it has been rebuilt according to previous ownership, but we did not receive documentation. It appears stock with ram horn manifolds and dual Flowmaster exhaust that sound nice. It has the original Rochester Carb. The transmission is the Turbo 350 Automatic that shifts nice and it is mated to the np 205 transfer case. The 4WD works like it should. It has the Eaton Rear Axle with 4.10 gears and the Dana 44 front axle with 4.10 gears. This truck does have power steering and power front disc brakes. It recently had a 4 Inch lift kit installed and they added 35 inch BFG All terrain Tires on some nice Aluminum Weld Wheels.
