1997 FORD F250 HD SUPERCAB. RUST FREE CALIFORNIA TRUCK!!!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1997 Ford F250 Supercab HD is a very very nice and very clean 2 Owner truck from California. The last owner owned this truck for 17 + years and maintained this truck religiously. Nearly everything mechanical was gone through and is new or rebuilt in the last 15,000 miles. We have receipts totalling around $18,000 for most of the work done. Keeping this truck maintained and reliable was very important to this person. The body on this truck is nice and clean. The paint is beautiful and the colors are Light Saddle Metallic and White. The underside is also very clean as you would expect from a California vehicle. We found no rust issues on this truck.

The interior is also really nice and looks all original with the exception of the stereo. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. It has working power windows and locks. The gauges, cruise, horn, heat, wipers are working. This is an AC truck but it is not blowing cold at this time. It is just a really nice original interior.

Mechanically this truck runs and drives wonderful. It has had a lot of money spent on the mechanics. The engine is a 460 V8 crate engine that was put in around 5,000 miles ago (we have the receipt). It had a new water pump, new radiator, new hoses and belts, new distributor, new coil, new egr valve, and new catalytic converter installed at that time. The transmission is the E40D Automatic that shifts nice and it was also rebuilt (have receipt). It is mated to the Borg Warner manual transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. The rear axle is the Ford 10.25 with 4.10 gears and it is a limited slip. The front axle is the Dana 44 TTB and it also has 4.10 gears. The truck also had new ball joints recently and a lot of other work with receipts. They added some nice 18 Inch rims off a newer Ford with a set of 275/70/18 Goodyear Wrangler Tires. This truck is ready to roll!!
