RUST FREE, ALL STEEL 1985 JEEP CJ7 FROM ARIZONA!!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1985 Jeep CJ7 is an all steel and really clean Jeep that spent its life in Arizona. This CJ has had a nice selective restoration on what is a nice, original low mileage unit. The last owner did this all for his daughter and he wanted a good looking and reliable rig for her to drive. The body is extremely clean and straight. We found no rust issues with this Jeep and the underside is also very very clean. This Jeep was originally Sebring Red but it was repainted in the current color of Light Tan. They did a great job on the repaint and added new rubbers and weatherstripping when it was painted. They had the hard top painted black as well. It has aftermarket front and rear bumpers and the rear has a tire carrier. There is a tow bar on the front bumper and it also has an older warn winch but it is not working.

The interior was all redone when they did the restoration work. It is still in great condition. They added seats from a newer Jeep that are really comfortable and they also added new carpet, new door panels, and tinted the windows. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are working. The gauges all work except for the factory tach. The heat, horn, and wipers work. This is a factory AC Jeep and it looks like all of the components are there but the AC is not working.

Mechanically this is a great running and driving CJ7. The engine is the dependable and long lasting 258 Inline 6 (4.2L) that runs great with no issues or red flags that we could find. It has a new Carburetor and Magnaflow Exhaust. The transmission is the T5 5 Speed manual that shifts nice with a solid clutch. It is mated to the Dana 300 transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. The rear axle is the AMC 20 with 3.31 gears and the front axle is the Dana 30 with 3.31 gears. They also added a 2 Inch all spring lift with new bushings and shocks. It is sitting on a nice set of Aluminum wheels with 31 Inch Mud terrain tires. Great CJ-7 for a great price.
