1971 CHEVY K10 CUSTOM/10 FROM ARIZONA. NICE TRUCK!

This 1971 Chevy K10 Custom/10 is a nice, solid 71 that spent most of its life in Arizona before spending the last couple of years in Idaho. This is a very solid truck that the last owner doted on during Covid the last couple of years. He went through the truck to try to make it a dependable driver and the truck runs and drives great and would make a fun old daily driver for someone. It is clean and very nice, but not too nice that you would be afraid to drive it and get caught in the rain or take it on some trails. The body is very clean and solid and it appears to be all GM Steel with the exception of the rockers which were replaced which is pretty common on these trucks. The truck was repainted in its original color of Medium Bronze with he cab top painted an off-white/cream color. It is a nice paint job and looks great. All of the trim and moldings appear to be original and are in nice condition. The underside is clean and original with no surprises.

The interior is in really nice condition and nearly everything was replaced. New Carpet, new deluxe door panels, new sun visors, new steering wheel, new dash bezel, and new weatherstripping. He also added custom FCF Brackets which lowers the seat and gives more headroom. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are working. The gauges are working along with the wipers and the heat. The horn is not working. Just a basic, and nice 71 interior.

Mechanically this truck runs and drives excellent!! The engine is the 5.7L V8 that runs strong and the last owner did say it was rebuilt, but we did not receive receipts. The engine runs strong and smooth with no red flags and believe that it was rebuilt. They added an Edelbrock Aluminum Intake, Edelbrock Carb, HEI Ignition, and Dual Exhaust. The transmission is The Turbo 350 Automatic that shifts nice and it is mated to the np205 transfer case. The 4WD works like it should. The rear axle is a 12 Bolt with 3.08 gears and the front axle is a 10 bolt with 3.08 gears. Theis truck also has power steering and power front disc brakes.
