1983 CHEVY K20 SILVERADO FROM NEW MEXICO! RUST FREE SQUAREBODY!!!

This 1983 Chevy Silverado K20 pickup is a really clean original truck that has been repainted. This is a 2 Owner truck that spent its life in Texas and New Mexico so it has always been a rust free vehicle. This is a very, very nice original squarebody that was obviously well cared for. This was a very highly optioned truck in 1983. The body on this K20 is extremely straight and very clean. When the truck was repainted it stripped and then painted in its original colors of Carmine Red and White. A really nice and professional paint job. The underside is all original and really clean. We found no rust or rust repair on this truck.

The interior is also in wonderful condition. It is all original except for the freshly recovered seat. Even the carpet is original and still really nice. The headlights, taillights, brake lights and turn signals are all working. The power windows work well and this truck has power locks but the driver side power lock is not working. The heat, wipers, and gauges are all working. This truck is an AC truck but it is not blowing cold. The Horn is also not working. This is just a really clean and stock looking interior.

Mechanically this truck is excellent!! It appears to be all stock and original. The 5.7L 350 V8 engine runs strong and smooth with no issues or red flags that we could find. It recently had the Carb rebuilt and a tune-up. The transmission is the 700R4 Automatic that shifts nice and it is mated to the np208 transfer case. The 4WD works like it should. It has a Corporate 14 Bolt Rear End with 3.42 gears and the front end is a Corporate 10 Bolt with 3.42 gears. This is all sitting on a nice set of factory wheels and hubcaps. What a great looking truck that can be used as a daily driver or just a weekend cruiser.
