1985 CHEVY K10 SILVERADO WITH UPGRADED POWERTRAIN. CLEAN CALIFORNIA TRUCK!!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1985 Chevy Silverado K10 is a short box that spent most of its life in California. This is a very clean and straight squarebody that was completely gone through mechanically. The body on this truck is excellent and very clean (you can still see the stenciling on the frame). We found no evidence of rust or rust repair on this truck. This K10 has been repainted some years ago in its original color of Midnight Black. The paint still looks nice. All of the of the original chrome and stainless is still really nice on this truck. The side molding are new.

The interior is nice and clean with new seat upholstery, new headliner, and new dash pad. The rest is original and in excellent original condition. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are working. The gauges all work. The heat and AC work and so do the wipers. The horn is not working.

Mechanically this truck is excellent!!! It starts easy and runs and drives wonderful. The last owner spent a lot of money on this truck recently to make it a very dependable driver. You can tell all the mechanics are new. The engine is a new 5.7L 350 V8 that has under 2,000 miles on it. It runs strong with no issues that we could find. They rebuilt the Quadrajet 4 Barrel Carb and added flowmaster exhaust. They added new plugs and wires, new distributor, new power steering pump, new alternator, new starter, new fuel pump, and new water pump. The radiator is also new and the AC was completely gone through with a new compressor and the AC blows nice and cold. The transmission is the 700R4 Automatic that shifts nice and it is mated to the np208 transfer case. It has a 10 Bolt Rear Axle with 3.08 gears and the front axle is also a 10 bolt with 3.08 gears. It does have a Limited Slip rear end. It also recently had new shocks installed with the fronts having quads. This is all sitting on a set of factory Rallye Wheels with newer Cooper Discover All terrain tires. This would be a great everyday driver or a nice weekend cruiser.
