REALLY CLEAN 1966 FORD MUSTANG FROM CALIFORNIA!! NICE CAR!!!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1966 Ford Mustang is a very clean Mustang that spent its life in California until 2015 when the owner moved to Michigan. When he moved to Michigan the vehicle was used strictly as a summer toy so it has not seen a winter and has not seen salt. He was the 2nd owner of this car, which he purchased in 1977, and it has the original California Black Plate License Plates, including the one from 1966. Pretty Cool!! This car was his baby and nearly everything was rebuilt or replaced during his ownership. The body on this Mustang is excellent. It is very straight and clean with no signs of rust or rust repair anywhere. All of the body panels also appear to be original. The vehicle was repainted when he was in California its original color of Springtime Yellow. The Vinyl Top was also replaced when the car was painted. They did a really nice job on the paint and it still looks wonderful. All of the chrome and stainless is in really nice condition. The underside is untouched, all original, solid and clean. Since it is original it will be dirty but it is all there.

The interior is also in excellent condition and was also re-done. The seats were all recovered and this car was special ordered with the rare front bench seat. It also received new carpet, new door panels, new headliner, new trim, etc. He also added a Vintage Custom Stereo. The dash is original and in beautiful condition. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are working. The horn , heat, and wipers work. This is an original AC car but the compressor is not installed. We do have the original compressor and we have no idea if it working.

Mechanically this truck is just awesome. This car runs and drive excellent and it is tight. The engine is believed to be the original 289 V8 and it runs strong with no issues that we found. It was rebuilt (no receipts) with a mild cam, Holley 4 Barrel Carb, Mallory ignition system, and dual exhaust. The transmission is the C4 Automatic that shifts great and it was also rebuilt with a shift kit. The rear axle is a Ford 8 Inch with 2.80 gears. This car does have Power front Disc Brakes and Power Steering which makes it really nice to drive. This is all sitting on the original Steel Styled Wheels and some nice Pirelli Tires.

We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures are never touched up or photoshopped. What you see is an accurate representation of the vehicle. We take consistent pictures and show you everything so you can get a true representation of the vehicle.
