LS SWAPPED SQUAREBODY!!! SELECTIVELY RESTORED 1989 CHEVY SUBURBAN!!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1989 Chevy Suburban is a beautiful squarebody that has been selectively restored. This is a rust free North Carolina Suburban that has a lot of work done to it, including an LS Swap. The body on this Suburban is extremely straight and very clean. When restored it was repainted in its original colors of Sapphire Blue Metallic and Silver. It is an awesome color combination and the paint looks excellent!! They installed new side moldings at that time and the original chrome and stainless is in beautiful original condition. as you can see from the pictures on our website the underside of this Suburban is super clean. The person who restored this truck found the nicest Suburban body he could find when he redid the truck and the body came off from a 2WD vehicle.

The interior appears to be all original and looks amazing. They did replace the headliner and carpet when they did the restoration swap, but everything else is original. All 3 rows of seats look excellent. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges are all working. This truck has power windows and locks which work. The heat and horn works. The cruise is not working and that is because of the LS swap. This is an AC truck but there was no compressor installed after the LS swap.

Mechanically this truck is top notch and it had a lot of work done to it. It had a1 modern LS Conversion so the engine is now a 5.3L LS that has around 100K on it. The engine is a stock setup that was gone through and cleaned to make sure it was ready to go. This engine runs excellent with no issues and has a much nicer power band than a stock 350. The transmission was also updated to the 4L80E and it was adapted to the original np241 Transfer case. The transmission shifts perfect and the 4wd works like it should. It has 10 bolt axles front and rear with 3.08 gears. They also added a nice 2 1/2 Inch lift so they could add 33 Inch Mickey Thompson Tires on the factory rallye wheels. This Is a great looking rig that runs and drives as nice as it looks!!!
