1976 FORD F150 RANGER SHORT BOX FROM PACIFIC NW. HARD TO FIND SHORT BOX!!

Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 1976 Ford F150 Ranger is a real short box 4x4 that came from the Pacific NW. These trucks are getting very very hard to locate and this one was owned by the last owner for 20 + years. He used this truck as an extra vehicle only and that is why the miles are low. It was stored indoors and maintained regularly. The body is clean and it was repainted some years ago in its original color of Raven Black. The paint is still in nice shape and looks good but it is showing its age minor imperfections and patina. All of the original moldings and chrome are still in great condition. The underside is original and has not been touched. It is very clean and we found no rust issues with this truck. It has a cool set of Vintage Step bars that make it easy to hop into.

The interior is also really nice and was redone. The seat was recovered with a deluxe style upholstery and they added a new headliner, new carpet, new weatherstripping, new door panels, new sun visors, and a new radio. The headlights, taillights, brake lights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges all work and the heat, horn, and wipers work.

Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives wonderful. The last owner said he had the engine rebuilt around 5,000 miles ago but we did not receive the receipts. This truck originally had a 5.9 L 360 V8 but when it was rebuilt the internals were up graded to make it a 390 V8. This truck runs strong and we found no issues or red flags. It does have great sounding dual exhaust. The transmission is the np435 4 Speed manual that shifts nice and has a strong clutch. It is mated to the np 205 transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. It has a Ford 9" Rear End with 3.50 gears and a Dana 44 front end with 3.50 gears. It also has a tasteful 4 Inch lift kit with new bushings. This is all sitting on a nice set of Aluminum Wheels with 315/75/16 Mud Terrain tires.

We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures are never touched up or photoshopped. What you see is an accurate representation of the vehicle. We take consistent pictures and show you everything so you can get a true representation of the vehicle.
