This 1997 Ford F250 XLT HD Crew Cab Short Box pickup is a really clean truck from the Western US and it has lower miles on it. This truck has been well maintained and cared for and it shows. This is a really cool and hard to find Crew Cab Short Box. The body on this F250 is clean and straight and there are no rust issues with this truck at all. The underside is super clean and you can still see the original primer on the floors. There is a little surface rust on the bare metal parts as you would expect. The Oxford White and Light Saddle Metallic paint appears to be all original and is still in wonderful condition.

The interior is in excellent condition as well. Everything appears to be original and really well cared for. The headlights, taillights, brake lights, and turn signals all work. It has working power windows and locks. The gauges all work and the horn wipers, heat, cruise, and AC work.

Mechanically this truck is excellent!! It runs and drives wonderful. The engine is the original 7.5L 460 V8 that runs strong with no issues or red flags that we could find. It recently had a tune-up, K & N Air Filter system installed, and 3" Flowmaster exhaust added. The transmission is the E40D that shifts nice and it is mated to the Borg Warner Manual Transfer Case. The rear axle is the Ford 10.25 with 4.10 gears and the front axle is the IFS with 4.10 gears. This truck has had the front shackle reversal upgrade which gives it a nicer ride and it utilizes 99-04 Super Duty springs while adding 2 inches and leveling the truck. A much better look and ride!!! It also has newer front brakes, ball joints, and axle joints (have receipts). This is all sitting on a nice set of aluminum wheels with 285/70/17 tires. This truck is ready to roll!!!
