Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com

This 2001 Ford Excursion Limited has the legendary 7.3L Powerstroke Turbo Diesel Engine. This is a very very nice and very very clean Pacific NW truck that has been well cared for and the last owner put a lot of time and money into this rig spending over $13,000 on it in the last 10,000 miles to be a reliable truck. His plan was to use this as his rig to go back and forth to Alaska in. His plans changed and he went a different direction so his loss is your gain. The body is in excellent condition and the paint appears to be all original and is also in excellent shape. The colors are Toreador Red Metallic and Arizona Beige Metallic. It is a great color combination and this rig looks sharp. All of the original chrome and trim is also in excellent condition. The underside is really clean and we found no rust issues with this truck.

The interior is original and it too is in excellent shape. The seats, carpet, headliner, door panels, dash, and everything is super nice. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges all work. The truck has tilt wheel and working cruise control. The horn, wipers, power seats, and power mirrors are all working. This has front and rear heat and AC which are working great. This truck also has working power windows and locks. A great interior that has beed well cared for.

Mechanically this truck is top notch. The last owner really dialed this thing in and it runs and drives amazing. The engine is the 7.3L Powerstroke Turbo Diesel and it was totally stock until 10,000 miles ago. This thing runs strong and we will detail what has been done later in description. The transmission is the 4R100 that shifts nice and it is mated to the np273 transfer case. The 4WD works like it should. It has the Ford 10.25 rear axle with 3.73 gears. The front axle is the Dana 50 front axle with 3.73 gears. This is all sitting on a really nice set of factory Ford Wheels and Cooper Discoverer AT3 Tires. 4 Inch Exhaust was added with a S & B Cold Air Intake.

In the last 10,000 miles this work has been done and we have receipts: New Fuel Injectors, New valve cover gaskets, new fuel pressure regulator, new starter, new thermostat, new blue top steering gearbox, new front end bushings, and new bilstein shocks. It has new AC lines to the rear and the AC system has been recharged. Fluids were changed including transmission, transfer case, and front and rear differential (All Amsoil). It has new front brakes and rotors, new calipers, new hubs, and new upper and lower ball joints. he also purchased and added an Edge Insight CT53 Digital Gauge Monitor with custom tunes loaded into it. It was programmed for performance and fuel mileage, nit to be a hot rod.

This is an awesome rig for someone!!! We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives.
