RESTORED 1976 JEEP CJ-5 LEVI EDITION WITH 304 V8. BEAUTIFUL JEEP!!!

This 1976 Jeep CJ5 is a Levi Edition and has been restored very nice!!! The Jeep was in great condition when it was restored so they did a frame-on restoration. This is not a pebble beach style restoration but is definitely a high end drive and local show Jeep. very cool vehicle. This Jeep runs and drives great and is ready to be enjoyed. The last owner spent a lot of time and money on this jeep for his wife but she rarely drove it. 339 Miles since restored. We believe this is a true Levi Jeep based on the information we have and the fact that the dash is original and the seats also appear original and they are both in amazing condition. The top is new and the carpet is new. The body on this CJ5 is really nice and it is all steel (very clean and straight). It was repainted in its original color of Sienna Orange and it looks great!! It still has the original factory original rocker moldings and factory rear tire mount. As previously stated it has a New Bestop Soft Top. The frame and underside is also really clean. The only metal we could find replaced was a small patch on the driver floor from where your feet would rest which is pretty common.

The interior is in excellent condition and the carpet is new, all new gauges, and new roll bar padding. We believe the seats and the dash pad are the originals for this Jeep. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. All of the gauges work and the heat, horn, and wipers also work.

Mechanically this Jeep is excellent and everything is very fresh. It originally had a 6 Cylinder engine but it was replaced with a fully rebuilt 304 V8 that runs strong and smooth with no issues or red flags that we could find. The engine is from a 1976 AMC/jeep. It has a new 2 Barrel Carb, new alternator, new electronic ignition, new starter, new radiator, new ceramic coated manifolds and dual exhaust that sounds great!! The transmission is a 3 Speed manual that was rebuilt when the engine was completed and it is mated to a resealed Dana 20 transfer case. The 4WD works like it should. It has the AMC 20 rear axle with 3.54 gears and the Dana 30 front axle with 3.54 gears. Both axles were completely gone through when restored. The brake system was totally redone with new master cylinder, new wheel cylinders, and new brake shoes and hardware. There are also brand new shocks. It is sitting on a beautiful set of restored Vintage Aluminum Mag wheels with newer Michelin tires. This is an awesome Jeep!!
