COOL 1929 FORD MODEL A SPORT COUPE! RESTORED!

This 1929 Ford Model A Sport Coupe is a really clean Model A that was owned and maintained for 40 years by the last owner. He actually restored this around 12 years ago and it has been driven some so we consider a nice driver that has been on trips with his local Model A club. As far as Model A's go this one is definitely above average. The body on this Sport Coupe is clean the paint, although older, still looks nice. It was repainted in the Model A color "Straw" (we believe) and Black fenders. It is a really nice color combination that you do not see very often. The chrome is excellent and the cloth top covering looks like new. The car was completely disassembled when it was restored and the underside was also very detailed when restored. The underside is still clean, but it has been driven so it is a little dirtier. We found no rust issues with this car.

The interior is still in excellent condition from the restoration. It was completely redone when it was restored. Th gauges and lights are all working. They added turn signals when restored and they are also working.

Mechanically this Model A is excellent!!It runs and drives great and is ready to go. The engine is the 201 4 Cylinder flathead and it runs great! It was completely rebuilt and has around 6,000 miles on it. Thy upgraded the engine when it was rebuilt with insert bearings (rod & main), adjustable lifters, and a sealed water pump. The transmission is the 3 speed manual that shifts nice with a good clutch and it has brand new Goodyear Balloon Tires (4.50-21) on nicely restored original wheels. These cars are so much fun to drive!!!
