This 1984 Chevy K5 Blazer is a Military M1009 CUCV rig that is really clean and has the 6.2L Diesel engine. This truck was part of the Department of Defense Fleet in Lewis-McChord Washington and still has the sticker in the window. We buy alot of our vehicles from the Pacific NW because they are solid and clean and this Blazer is another example of that. Typically these Military Blazers are pretty beat up and rusty, but this one is the opposite. It is clean and rust free and is a really nice rig. The body is clean and straight. the paint is the CARC Military Green that was most likely repainted at some point. It still has the original bumpers and front grille guard. The underbody is extremely nice with no rust issues.

The interior is your basic stock military interior. The original seats are still in excellent shape and the floor has a newer rubber mat installed. The headlights, tail lights, brakelights, and blinkers are working. The front Blackout light is working, but the rear is not. The heat and wipers work and the horn is inop. It is a really nice stock interior.

Mechanically this Blazer is great. The 6.2L Diesel engine runs strong with no issues or red flags that we could find. It has the HD Turbo 400 automatic transmission that shifts nice and it is mated to the np208 transfer case. The 4WD works like it should. It has the 10 Bolt rear axle with 3.08 gears and it has the gear lock. The front axle is also a 10 Bolt with 3.08 gears. This is all sitting on a nice set of aluminum wheels with nearly new Toyo HT tires. This would be a great truck to drive around daily or just use as a fun truck on the weekend.
